Does anyone know anything about this cars past, history or anything, as shall be re building it , be nice to put as much together on it as poss.
Got few questions
Does anyone know where i may get a roof liner or the buscuit roof liner card as i havent got one?
Where can i get dims for all the decals the car shud have as i going to have to get my local sticker company to re make these?
The MG badges are lifting slightly on t he seats, how can i save them? |

You can buy the decals here:

Headlinings pop up on ebay some times. Or you could try a wanted add on the Maestro and Montego forum. http://www.maestro.org.uk/forums/index.php _________________

Roof Liner
Get one from a scrap car and recover it yourself. New ones are NLA.
Alloy Wheel Centre Caps
Cross spokes are common so these turn up from time to time. Ask around the forums and someone will have some spare.
Side Indicators
Mini ones are the same if you mean the side repeaters. Available in both amber and clear/smoked etc
Window Mechanisms (can anyone tell me this, on dah has the original electric widows switchers yet door cars have factory holes from hwat i can see for winer handles)
Yes this is normal, there is a big blanking grommet in the door card on the electric window equipped models
Exhaust mid to rear
You can use the turbo diesel maestro/montego one as this is the same part, but is still usually available from the motorfactors. _________________ www.maestroturbo.org.uk |
